Today I’m sharing with you the second option which is the unlimited Healthy Smoothie Recipes For Weight Loss Diet Plan. 

Healthy Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss Diet Plan

This diet is a smoothies only diet, which means you drink nothing but smoothies.  Blended food diets are extremely good for you as blended food is so easily digested.  This means that nutrients are so easily absorbed into your body and energy is directed away from digesting food and towards healing your body.  This means you should have a massive energy boost while on this diet.

The great thing about this diet is that because these smoothies are so healthy and natural, you can drink as much as you like of them.

This smoothie diet is a great detox as it clears the junk out of your body and gives it a good rest.

The diet plan below incorporates a balance of different types of smoothies but feel free to substitute any smoothie recipes. 

Do I have to just drink Green Thickies?

For those of you who don’t know – a Green Thickie is a meal replacement green smoothie containing filling carbs, natural protein sources and healthy fats with energising greens, nutritious fruit and other natural tasty ingredients.

Green Thickies are filling so you won’t go hungry on this detox.  You can of course make your favourite smoothie recipes but you’ll need to drink a lot more of them as they won’t be so filling.

How many smoothies should I drink a day?

The most important thing about this detox is that you don’t allow yourself to go hungry.  Every time you feel slightly hungry you should have another smoothie – and stop when you’re full.  This is not a hunger diet and you should still lose weight despite the fact that you’re not going hungry as the diet will give your body a good clean out.

What about detox Symptoms?

Some people may get some detox symptoms such as headaches, tiredness and feeling sick.  This is mainly because you are having a break from your normal foods and the body is detoxing itself.  If you aren’t feeling good on this diet you should slow it down by adding in one or more of your normal meals.  You can still get a lighter detox by just replacing one of your meals a day with smoothies.

How long should I stay on this diet?

Anywhere from 1-7 days but the choice is up to you.  The longer you are on the diet the better the detox – but don’t do anything that causes you illness or weakness.
